*Free Product Policy*

*1. Overview*  

This policy outlines the terms for receiving free products based on customer spending levels. Eligibility for free products is determined by your total monthly purchases. Free products are offered as part of our loyalty program to reward customers for their continued business.

*2. Eligibility Criteria*  

- *Products up to PKR 100*:  

  Customers can receive *2 free products* per month from the PKR 100 category. These products are entirely free, and no minimum purchase requirement applies.

- *Products up to PKR 500*:  

  Once your *monthly purchases reach PKR 10,000*, you are eligible to select free products from the PKR 500 or less category.

- *Products up to PKR 1000 or PKR 2500*:  

  After your *monthly purchases reach PKR 30,000*, you can choose free products from categories up to PKR 1000 or PKR 2500.

- *Products between PKR 2500 to PKR 5000*:  

  For purchases exceeding *PKR 100,000 in a month*, you are eligible to receive free products from the PKR 2500 to PKR 5000 category.

*3. Monthly Spending Requirement*  

The spending requirements must be met *within a calendar month*. If you do not meet the required spending threshold in a month, your score will reset, and you will not be eligible for the associated free products until the minimum spend is met again in the following month.

More product categories and details will be introduced soon, offering additional options for free products based on varying purchase amounts.

*5. Terms & Conditions*  

- Free product eligibility is non-transferable.

- Monthly spending calculations are based on the total purchase value after discounts, and taxes are excluded.

- The company reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
